Terms of Service

Last updated 23 July 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the applicant tracking platform. By signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation whose workspace you use.

01Accounts and access

Accounts are issued by your organisation's administrators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell an administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

02Acceptable use

Use the platform only for legitimate recruitment on behalf of your organisation. You agree not to:

  • Access candidate or account data you are not authorised to see.
  • Attempt to bypass permission, tenancy or rate-limit controls.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes another party's rights.
  • Resell or expose the service to people outside your organisation without permission.

03Candidate data responsibilities

Your organisation is the controller of the candidate data it manages in the platform. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, for honouring candidate rights, and for the accuracy of the records your team enters.

04Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party providers — for example payments, calendaring and messaging. Your use of those features is also subject to the provider's own terms, and availability of a feature may depend on credentials you supply.

05Intellectual property

The platform, its interface and its underlying software are and remain the property of the provider. These terms grant your organisation a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its own recruitment while the workspace is active.

06Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an “as is” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Termination

Your organisation may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and your agreement.

09Contact

Questions about these terms should go to the administrator or support contact listed for your workspace.
